HOW TO ORDER

Gifts Etc offers to add any name to an item that offers personalization for a charge of $3.95 per item. Personalization is in black ink.

SHIPPING

Gifts Etc. ships out most orders within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Orders placed with personalized items please allow 3 extra days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Personalized items can not be returned unless we make a mistake in spelling. Please double check the spelling you submit with your order. We will spell your personalization exactly as submitted with your order.
