Gifts Etc offers several different ways to order.

SHIPPING
Gifts Etc. ships out most orders within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Orders placed after 4pm central standard time please allow one extra day.

Gifts Etc. goal is to ship your order in the quickest and most economical way possible. Orders are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx Home delivery, or the US Postal Service.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: For Post Office Priority Mail please add an additional $10 to the standard shipping & handling charges for the order.

Express Shipping: Express shipping is available on most items (depending on availability of merchandise). Please email inquiries. We ship via Fed Ex Air and bill you for the service type selected - Next Day, 2nd Day, or Express Saver (3 to 5 days).

  • For International Orders: We are happy to ship orders to international addresses. Please email or call with your request. We primarily ship international orders via the US Post Office. Shipments can also be sent via UPS or FED EX. Every attempt is made to accommodate orders shipping to international addresses. We attempt to charge shipping close to the actual cost incurred, excluding duty and taxes. Each order is handled on an individual basis. Please email or call, 337-365-0741 during normal office hours ( 9 am to 5 pm central time) regarding this matter. It is best to include with your inquiry the merchandise you wish to purchase.

SALES TAX
Louisiana residents add 4% state sales tax to the order subtotal. Please note New Iberia residents will be charged 8.5% sales tax. In states other than Louisiana, customers are responsible for compliance with any applicable "use" taxes that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note all dinnerware and serving pieces must have our "NON-RETURNABLE if removed" sticker on bottom of piece to be returned. All returns must be received in new condition. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

Please notify us via email that you will be returning an item. Make sure to pack all returns properly (preferably in the orginal inside packaging with adequate outside packaging as well) and include the order number with the return. All returns must be shipped prepaid & insured. It is your responsiblity to make sure that the items being returned are packed adequately to avoid damage in shipping. In the event of breakage in shipping, you will be notified concerning the damage in order for you to file a claim with the shipper. We can not issue credit for returns damaged in shipping. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If the order received free shipping, the standard shipping & handling charges will be deducted from your credit amount.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to product returns of $250 or more.

DAMAGE
If your order is damaged in shipment, please hold the merchandise, the packaging it came in (including outside shipping box with shipping label) and notify us immediately via email .

GIFT PACKAGING
Let Gifts etc ship your gift for you. We will gift box your item in an attractive box, bow and/or ribbon, tissue, and personalized card. Just let us know what you want say to (please keep it short).

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and money orders. All orders are sold in US DOLLARS ONLY. Only US DOLLARS are accepted as payment. Please note your credit card will only be charged for the items that ship; backorder items are charged when shipped. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge to Ceramic Treasures, Inc. our parent company. This will also be noted on your invoice. If you wish to pay by money order, send it to Gifts Etc., Post Office Box 9983, New Iberia, LA 70562.
